REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAMS
ASG Hong Kong has designed a systemic sports training protocol according to players’ ages and skill levels. Our program includes: sports skills development, sports knowledge, uses of techniques, and personal disciplines. ASG’s director and coaching teams will closely monitor every players’ learning progress throughout the program.
HOLIDAY SPORTS CAMPS
ASG Hong Kong’s Holiday Sports Camps are the ultimate platform for a variety of sports experiences, like Basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, Track and Field, Fencing, Fencing, and Taekwondo sports training. ASG Hong Kong offers diverse sports camps during school holidays, with globally certified coaches delivering professional, multifaceted coaching. Students not only learn new skills but also enjoy sports, make friends, and develop confidence, focus, and sportsmanship. Here at ASG Hong Kong, we help each student find the perfect balance between sports and life.
REP TEAM TRAINING
ASG Hong Kong organizes annual selection trials for boys and girls rep teams, offers year-round professional training, and gives priority to our activities. Beyond sports, children learn team cooperation and competition rules, honing their skills through competition, experiencing the blend of sweat and joy, while capturing their passionate youth.
EXTRA CURRICULUM & SCHOOL TEAM TRAINING
ASG Hong Kong dispatches professional coaches to various schools for extracurricular activities and team training, enhancing students’ interest in sports, building their confidence, allowing them to represent their school in competitions. Through training and competitions, students are able to make new friends and foster social communication via sports.
OVERSEAS SUMMER SPORTS TOUR
Every summer, ASG Hong Kong meticulously organizes overseas training camps for basketball and other sports. This not only gives students the opportunity to receive international-standard professional training and make new friends from around the world, but also offers quality sightseeing and exploration. While learning sports skills, they can broaden their horizons and experience different cultural atmospheres.
